ROBIN CUNNINGHAM

Robin is thrilled to be back at S.T.A.G.E. in When Bullfrogs Sing Opera!  After playing one of his dream roles, Ludie Watts, in The Trip to Bountiful two years ago, Robin has been trying to make his way back over to Bulverde ever since.  He is a native of Cameron, TX, where he developed a profound love for live theatre. Robin recently took over as President of the Board of Governors at Boerne Community Theatre, and that is keeping him busier than ever!  You may have seen Robin “trodding the boards” in over 20 productions over the years at both Boerne Community Theatre and at S.T.A.G.E.  Some of his favorite roles include playing Richard Fiffle in Fuddy Meers, Richard the Lionheart in The Lion in Winter, Lt. Joseph Cable in South Pacific, and Tom in Poetic License, which is another of Carl Williams’ plays.  When he is not on stage, Robin enjoys serving as Assistant Director for various BCT productions.  He earned a BFA degree (many moons ago) in Radio/Television/Film from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, and is a proud father of three sons, including one who recently enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.  He is also excited to be sharing the stage with his best friend of over 20 years, Scott Mohler, for the very first time.  Robin would like to thank Lou Garza, Michael Waite, and the entire cast and crew for their hard work and commitment to bringing quality live theatre to the Bulverde community!
