TICKET RESERVATIONS

Note: Reservations can be made over the phone. Please do not send credit card information via email. Your reservation will be confirmed by email to the address you provided.

 

IN-PERSON: S.T.A.G.E. Box Office

You will receive an email from TICKETS TO THE CITY with your ticket information.  Printing your ticket is not necessary.  Simply present your name when checking in.

GROUP INFORMATION

Reservations

Seats will be held for the group for a negotiated period. All seats must be paid in full by the reserved date or they will be released for normal purchase.

Payment or arrangement for payment of group tickets must be made at the time of reservations.

Each member of the group will need to call the office to reserve their specific seat.

Refunds and Cancellations

Group tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once reserved after 24 hours of the original purchase date

Group tickets cannot be turned in at the Box Office prior to the performance for refund or exchange.

When making your seat choice remember, only rows A, B, and C have side access.

All other rows are accessed from center aisle only.

TICKET POLICIES

  • Cancellations/Refunds please contact us no later than 48 hours prior to the date on your ticket..
  • Single ticket exchanges must be made by 12 noon of the day prior to the reserved performance and can only be exchanged for another performance date for the same show.
  • Season ticket exchanges must be made by 12 noon of the day prior to the reserved performance. Exchange can be made for any date for the current show or any future show in the current season.
  • Doors open one hour before showtime.
  • No outside food permitted in theatre
  • Due to licensing and federal copyright laws, the use of cameras, video, recording devices, and cellular phones, is strictly prohibited and enforced.
